What if we could rethink how we power our world?
Do power stations need to look like power stations?
Could we create completely green electricity utilising the natural motion of our oceans and raise a smile?
This project utilises the natural wobbly of jelly (made using plant-based jelling agents like agar-agar and carageenan) to create electrical impulses as the repetitive motion hits piezoelectrical crystals.
Imagine a vast floating platform covered in jellies creating the cleanest-electricity to power our lives. If they jellies break or disintegrate, they will dissolve in the sea, producing no waste.
Who doesn't love the childish appeal of wibbling-wobbling jelly?
